Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor all parameters in the Central Control Room (CCR) for the assigned plant.
• Record daily production reports in the system and maintain manual log sheets.
• Ensure cleanliness and follow Good Housekeeping Practices (GHK) in the operating area.
• Adhere to plant safety standards and perform routine safety checks.
• Conduct regular plant rounds to detect anomalies and report issues.
• Maintain and monitor safety/emergency systems for the assigned unit.
• Follow procedures outlined in the ISO manual to check plant systems.
• Keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Execute tasks as per senior instructions and production function requirements.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications to join plant in Tuticorin:

• ITI / ATS AOCP certification with experience in production operations.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading & writing).
• Strong planning and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and coordinate efficiently.
