We are looking to hire for a Payment Collection Executive in Shimla to handle payment collection through phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers from the provided calling list to collect pending payments.
Maintain accurate records of collections and update the system regularly.
Follow up with Shimla clients to ensure timely payments.
Address customer queries regarding payments professionally.
Coordinate with the accounts team to track outstanding payments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates from Shimla, can apply this job.
Skills:
- Basic English proficiency.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
