About the role

What you'll do

• Investment & Capital Market Operations
• Handle portfolio reconciliation, trade management, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with stock exchanges, AMCs, mutual fund houses, and investment platforms.
• Execute client transactions smoothly.
• Client Servicing & Onboarding
• Manage client onboarding and KYC processing.
• Maintain client portfolio summaries and performance reports.
• Address client queries, transaction discrepancies, and reporting errors.
• Operations & Office Management
• Oversee documentation, vendor coordination, and new tie-ups in Godhra, Gujarat.
• Track emails, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure smooth integration of investment reporting software & CRM tools.
• Provide administrative support to the Founder.

What you'll need

• Recent Graduate Freshers from Godhra with a keen interest in capital markets.
• Skills Required:Basic MS Excel proficiency.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Attention to detail and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively.
