About the role
We’re hiring Field Service Technician from Tuticorin who is ready to learn and work on real customer service and repair tasks.
The job includes field visits, basic troubleshooting, and PCB-level repair work. If you have interest in electronics or repairing things, you’ll learn a lot here. ITI candidates from Tuticorin (Telecom/Electrical) will get preference, but it’s not compulsory.
Key Responsibilities as Technician job in Tuticorin
Visiting customer locations nearby in Tuticorin for repair and service calls
Doing basic and PCB-level fault finding & troubleshooting
Handling soldering, small hardware repairs, and service tasks
Talking with customers and reporting the issue clearly
Coordinating with engineers & technical team for solutions
Keeping proper notes and documentation of service visits
Making sure product issues are solved on time
Supporting the technical team in testing and diagnosing faults
Gender: Male Only
Working Hours : Monday to Saturday- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: Nearby area in Tuticorin
We are open to hire 12th pass or ITI candidate from Tuticorin, who are looking to work Field Service work
What you'll need
- Education: 12th Pass or ITI Job
- Basic electrician knowledge
- Inverter repair knowledge
- Soldering skills
- Understanding of PCB and hardware components
- ITI (Telecom/Electrical) candidates preferred
