We are hiring a Fresher Account & Tally Executive in Tuticorin to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, and a willingness to learn.

This role involves handling daily accounting tasks, stock reconciliation, and assisting in financial reporting.

Location: Tuticorin Tamil Nadu
Salary Range: 11,000 to 13,400/Month
Job Type: Full-Time
Education: Minimum B.Com Degree or Graduation in Relevant to Accounting Field

Key Responsibilities of Account & Tally Executive in Tuticorin

Accounting work:
- Booking of purchase invoices and sales bills in the system.
- Daily stock reconciliation.
- Booking direct expenses related to trading activities.
- Posting entries in Tally, including inventories for purchase and sales.
- Ledger posting, Profit & Loss (P&L), and Balance Sheet (B/L) preparation.
Statutory Compliance:
- Working on GST and TDS-related entries.
- Providing accurate data for filing statutory returns (TDS/PF/ESIC/PT).
- Assisting in periodic account closures (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly).
Banking Operations:
- Managing cheques, NEFT, RTGS, and foreign remittance transactions.
