We are looking to hire for a Payment Collection Executive in Udupi to handle payment collection through phone calls.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to follow up with Udupi customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers from the provided calling list to collect pending payments.
Maintain accurate records of collections and update the system regularly.
Follow up with Udupi clients to ensure timely payments.
Address customer queries regarding payments professionally.
Coordinate with the accounts team to track outstanding payments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates from Udupi, can apply this job.
Skills:
- Basic English proficiency.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
